Data controllers

Mohamed Oueldelam, publisher of the website, is the controller for data collected on the website (audience measurement).

Itinerance Plus, the legal partner that takes charge of clients, is the controller for the data needed to handle booking requests and provide the services.

Data we process

Booking requests: the website does not store the forms. When you send a request, WhatsApp opens with a prefilled message (date, package, number of guests, total). Only the information you choose to send via WhatsApp is received by the team: name, phone number, message content and any details you add (hotel, children’s ages).

Browsing data: audience measurement collects technical data (pages visited, device, browser, approximate location, interactions) through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. See the cookie policy.

Purposes and legal basis

Handling your request and organising your flight: pre-contractual and contractual measures.

Audience measurement and website improvement: your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences.

Legal obligations (accounting, tax): legal obligation.

Recipients

Red City Balloon team and the travel agency Itinerance Plus, for the handling of your request.

Technical providers: WhatsApp (Meta), Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and the website host. Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco and the European Union.

Retention

Booking requests and exchanges: for the time needed to handle the request, then for the legal retention periods applicable to bookings. Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each tool (14 months maximum for Google Analytics).

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, for visitors located in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
