Who provides the services

Bookings are handled by the travel agency Itinerance Plus, legal partner of Red City Balloon, which takes charge of clients and organises the services. The website redcityballoon.com is published by Mohamed Oueldelam.

Booking requests

Requests are sent via WhatsApp from the package pages. Sending a request does not constitute a booking: a booking exists only after explicit confirmation by Itinerance Plus, stating the date, package, number of guests and price.

Prices

Classic Flight (shared): €110 per person. VIP Flight: €700 per flight, tax included, for 1–3 passengers + pilot. Balloon + Agafay dinner: €155 per person. Balloon + quad, camel and Agafay dinner: €220 per person.

Prices include the services listed on each package page. Any service not listed is not included.

Payment

No payment is required when you send a request, and none is taken on the website. Payment terms (deposit, method, timing) are given by Itinerance Plus before the booking is validated.

Weather and flight safety

The decision to fly is made by the pilot on the day, according to weather conditions and safety. If the flight is cancelled for weather reasons, the team offers another date.

If no other date suits you, Itinerance Plus states the refund terms in writing before the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation by the client

Under the general terms of Itinerance Plus (itineranceplus.ma/en/terms), day excursions can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure; a no-show, a significant delay or a late cancellation may incur fees. The terms that apply to your booking are confirmed in writing. Contact the team on WhatsApp as early as possible.

Health, age and safety

Passengers must follow the pilot’s instructions at all times. Please mention children’s ages, any pregnancy, reduced mobility or medical condition when making your request: the team will confirm whether the flight is suitable.

The minimum age and any restrictions depend on the flight and are confirmed when you make your request: always state the children’s ages.

Pickup

Round-trip transfers are included. The pickup time and place are confirmed for your date; please be ready on time, as the flight depends on sunrise.
